Belts with 45° ends are LM’s belt conveyor model most commonly used for chocolate bars and bread products. It is characterised by the alignment function towards one or more outfeeds of regular product rows coming from the ovens or from depanners (with chocolate). This alignment is facilitated by the 45° angle of the end, which gives the system its name. Belts with 45° ends are thus efficiently aligned for later channelling. Depending on the application and speed, special sliding surfaces and/or cooled ends can potentially be used, so as to preserve the characteristics of the product during handling.
